How can I check the status of my order?

Once you have placed an order, you can check on its status at any time. If you are a registered user on, you can log into your account and check the status of your current and previous orders at anytime. If you do not have an account you can simply go to Track Order, type in your order number and billing zip code to check the status of your order. Once an order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail that will contain your tracking information.

How do I cancel my order?

Once an order has been received, it is processed as quickly as possible to provide the best possible service. If you need to modify your order for any reason, please contact our personal shoppers at or 800.780.5838 and we will assist you with revising your order.

How can I retrieve my password?

Please go to the My Account section and click on the link, Forgot Password. Enter the email address used to create your account and you will receive an email advising how to complete the change of your password.

Do I need an account to make an online purchase?

No, you may check-out without creating an account. Creating an account allows you to check the status of your orders as well as securely save your information, making future purchases fast and easy.

Which forms of payment does accept? accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, Paypal and john varvatos Gift Cards. The transaction will be charged only after we have verified your card details, received credit authorization, confirmed stock availability, and your order is shipping. Your credit card will be authorized for the full order amount but not charged at the time you submit your order.

What is the price adjustment policy?

Price adjustments will be accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase. Price adjustments are accepted on items purchased at the full retail price only. Items purchased on sale or with a promotional discount, are not eligible for further price adjustment.
