Orders are processed pending item availability and payment approval. During high volume periods, product availability is subject to change while your order is being processed. Most orders placed Monday through Friday before 12PM EST will be processed and shipped that business day. Orders placed on Friday after 12PM EST or over the weekend will begin processing Monday. Your order may arrive in several shipments. You will receive a separate email notificaiton with unique tracking information for each shipment.
Current processing and shipping time for ground orders is up to 14 days.
John Varvatos does not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or federal holidays within the United States. We ship via UPS to addresses within the 50 US states, not including APO and PO Box addresses.
Please note that orders valued at over $1000 USD will require a signature upon delivery.
International orders are handled through our shipping partner, Borderfree, and adhere to a separate process and timeline. See below for more information on international orders.
Once you have placed an order, you can check on its status by logging into your account on johnvarvatos.com and clicking “Order History” in the left-side menu. If you do not have an account, click on Track Order, where you’ll be asked for your order number and billing zip code. Your order number will arrive in your shipping confirmation email.

The following is a summary of shipping and delivery promises for international orders. You will be quoted a specific shipping quote and delivery promise at the time of checkout that is based on your selected destination country and the shipping methods available for the items in your shopping cart.
Shipping to Canada:
All orders 500 CAD and over are eligible for free standard shipping to Canada. Orders under 500 CAD are eligible for a flat shipping rate of 30 CAD on standard shipping to Canada. For expedited shipping, please see shipping quote at checkout.
Shipping to the UK:
All orders 400 GBP and over are eligible for free standard shipping to the UK. Orders under 400 GBP are eligible for a flat shipping rate of 25 GBP on standard shipping to the UK. For expedited shipping, please see shipping quote at checkout.
Shipping to destinations outside of the US, UK and Canada:
All orders 400 USD and over (converted to localized currency) are eligible for free standard shipping. For orders under 400 USD, you will receive a shipping quiote by service tier at checkout based on what is available for your shipping country.

In an effort to ship your order as quickly as possible, we cannot cancel an order once it is placed. We offer free returns should you need to return an item.

As long as you select to prepay duties and taxes on johnvarvatos.com, the order total presented at the time of checkout is the exact amount you’ll be billed, and there will be no additional costs due upon delivery.
Duties (or customs tariffs) are set by the destination country customs authorities and determined based on a combination of the country of origin of the goods being purchased and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the country it’s being delivered to. International taxes (such as Value Added Tax, or VAT) are set by the destination country. You will be able to view the guaranteed total amount of applicable duty and tax/VAT for your order during checkout.
Yes. You can receive a guaranteed order total for an order that is shipping internationally, and then pay in USD using a US credit card. This also works if you’re an American traveling or living abroad.
