Full price and sale merchandise may be returned within 15 days of order delivery. Items marked ‘Final Sale’ are not eligible for return. Your refund will be processed within 7 business days of receipt. All refunds that meet our return policy and standards will be issued in the original form of payment. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Merchandise must be returned in unused condition in its original packaging.
A prepaid return shipping label will be provided to you vie email and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
At this time we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for products purchased in John Varvatos stores, department stores, external retailers or any other website.

Items purchased internationally at johnvarvatos.com and received as a gift may be returned within 30 days of delivery when adhering to all of the above guidelines for standard returns. A credit will be issued in the form of an online gift card that will be sent to you via email.
