DOMESTIC RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Full price and sale merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of your order delivery. Items marked ‘Final Sale’ are not eligible for return.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Follow these simple steps to return your purchase

Step 1: Complete your domestic return or exchange form, be sure to fill out the item and return reason, on the back of your order invoice. Save a copy for your records and include the original invoice with your returned merchandise.

Step 2: When packing your return please seal your box securely. Products must be returned in the original packaging. If a circumstance arises and you do not have the original packaging, you may return your package in a plain shipping box.

Step 3: Shipping your domestic return remove any existing shipping labels, stickers, or other materials from the shipping box. Please use the prepaid pre-addressed return label included with your order and attach it to the exterior of the shipping box.

You may drop off your package to any authorized UPS location or call UPS for a pick up at 1-800-PICK-UPS. You can also send your merchandise back to us at the address below, using any other traceable method and at your own expense. If you choose to ship via another form of shipment or carries, return fees will not be refunded.

All merchandise must be in its original condition, new, unworn and unaltered with all original tags attached. Footwear returns must be unworn and include the original shoe box in its original condition without postal labels. Upon receipt of returned merchandise, John Varvatos reserves the right to deny refund if the items do not meet our return policy requirements or standards.

Once your package has been received, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. All refunds that meet our return policy and standards will be issued in the original form of payment. RETURNING A JOHNVARVATOS.COM GIFT

Items purchased online and received as a gift may be returned when accompanied by the order invoice within 15 days of delivery - a credit will be issued in the form of a e-gift card sent to your email.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

To exchange for an alternate size:

  • Place a new order.

  • Follow the Return Instructions below to return item/s from your first purchase for a refund.

    To return for a refund:

    - Contact us at 646.779.7300 or email us at customercare@johnvarvatos.com with the order number and list the names and style numbers of the items you would like to return so that we can issue you a Return Authorization.Please note original shipping charges will not be refunded. Return shipping charges are prepaid and no postage is required; the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    - You will receive a Return Authorization email from Borderfree which will include:

  • A summary of the item/s being returned.

  • Return instructions.

  • A commercial invoice for shipping.

  • A DHL return label.

    - Pack the items listed in your Return Authorization in a single box with the products in their original packaging, but remove any existing shipping labels, stickers, or other materials from the box. (If you do not have the original shipping box, you can use a plain shipping box).

    - Please arrange for DHL to pick up the parcel or drop off the package at your local DHL facility.

    - You must also give all copies of the commercial invoice and DHL Air Waybill to the DHL representative taking the return parcel.

    Direct Return (no Return Fee)

    To return for a refund:

    - You will receive a Return Authorization email from customercare@johnvarvatos.com confirming the return is approved with return instructions.

    - Pack the items listed in your Return Authorization in a single box with the products in their original packaging, but remove any existing shipping labels, stickers, or other materials from the box. (If you do not have the original shipping box, you can use a plain shipping box).

    When do I get my Return?
