If you are experiencing an issue with an item purchased at one of our boutique or outlet stores, please refer to our Store Locator page and contact the store directly.  For items purchased from an authorized retailer, please contact the retailer where you made the original purchase.

Full price and sale merchandise may be returned within 14 days of order delivery.  Items marked ‘Final Sale’ are not eligible for return. Your refund will be processed within 7 business days of receipt. All refunds that meet our return policy and standards will be issued in the original form of payment.

RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE

If you wish to return your domestic online purchase, please review our policies and instructions below:

  • Merchandise must be returned in unused condition in its original packaging.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • At this time we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for products purchased in John Varvatos stores, department stores, external retailers or any other website.

  • We reserve the right to deny refund for items that do not meet our return policy requirements.

  • We reserve the right to restrict or refuse future transactions through johnvarvatos.com to any customer who exhibits an unreasonable return pattern.

  • John Varvatos reserves the right to change this Return policy at any time.

Follow these steps to return your purchase:

Step 1: Reach out to customercare@johnvarvatos.com to intiate a return. Please include your full  name, order number, return reason, and items you would like to return. If your order did not include a return label, please email customercare@johnvarvataos.com and you will be issued a prepapid UPS return label via email. Please Include the original invoice with your returned merchandise and save a copy for your records. 

Step 2: Ensure that your item/s are in their original packaging. If you are unable to return the item with the original packaging, please use a plain, unmarked shipping box with all previous labels removed. Seal your box securely.

Step 3: Affix the pre-paid, pre-addressed return label included with your order to the exterior of the shipping box. Drop your package off at any authorized UPS location or call UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS to arrange a pick-up. 

You may also send your package to the address below using the traceable shipping method of your choice. We do not accept responsibility for items lost or stolen when returned via means other than our pre-paid UPS service, nor do we issue refunds for shipping fees incurred through the use of other carriers.

RETURNING A GIFT

Items purchased at johnvarvatos.com and received as a gift may be returned within 14 days of delivery when adhering to all of the above guidelines for standard returns. A credit will be issued in the form of an online gift card that will be sent to you via email.
