John Varvatos begins a monthly show on SiriusXM Radio, “New York Nights…Direct from the Bowery,” which he co-hosts with acclaimed Lower East Side rocker Jesse Malin. The show, which airs the first Monday of the month at 10pm on The Spectrum, includes live broadcasts of music and interviews with a variety of artists who have influenced the designer throughout his career in fashion. Listeners hear about John’s road trip to New York in the late ‘70s to see the Ramones at CBGB’s as the two New York icons trade stories of memorable music experiences.
