Jacoby Ellsbury has been a Major League baseball center fielder for the Boston Red Sox since 2007, when they won the World Series. He’s the only Red Sox player in history who is a member of the 30-30 club (30+ home runs and stolen bases in a single season), which he accomplished in 2011.
I’m pretty relaxed and comfortable when I’m not working. Every so often I throw a tie on, but typically my wardrobe staples consist of a great-fitting pair of jeans, a good-looking watch and comfortable shoes.
At a very young age, my dream was to be a professional baseball player. Now living this dream, I realize that in this profession, the work is never done. You are always striving to make adjustments and be better. The greatest thrill is playing in front of a packed house.
