Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. New, unworn and unaltered merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery with original tags attached. FINAL SALE items are not eligible for return or store credit. Once your return is received, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5-7 business days.

If you made a purchase at one of our boutique or outlet stores and experiencing any issues, please refer to our Store Locator page and contact the store directly. For items purchased from an authorized third party retailer, please contact the retailer where you made the original purchase.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If eligible, you may return your order for a full refund and place a new order online at your convenience, or contact us and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Domestic Returns (delivered in the USA) 

If you would like to initiate a return for an item purchased at johnvarvatos.com, visit https://returns.johnvarvatos.com. Please note when using the link, you will need to enter your external reference order number which starts with "003", followed by the email address used to place your order.

International Returns 

Please email customercare@johnvarvatos.com to request a return authorization and DHL return label. Please provide your order number along with the item(s) you would like to return in your return request. The cost of the return will be deducted from your refund.
