Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. Unworn and unused merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery with original tags attached. FINAL SALE items and gift cards are not eligible for return. Once your return is received, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment or you will be issued a credit within 7-10 business days. 

If you are experiencing an issue with an item purchased at one of our boutique or outlet stores, please refer to our Store Locator page and contact the store directly. For items purchased from an authorized third party retailer, please contact the retailer where you made the original purchase.

Domestic Returns (delivered in the USA) 

-Attach the pre-paid UPS return label that arrived with your order. If your order did not come with a return label, please contact to request a label.

-Mail your return from an authorized UPS location or call UPS for pick-up (1-800-742-5877).

International Returns 

Please email to request a return authorization and DHL return label. Please provide your order number along with the item(s) you would like to return in your return request. The cost of the return will be deducted from your refund.

-Attach the DHL return label and bring the box to an authorized DHL location, or call 1-800-225-5345 to arrange a pick-up. Please include a copy of your original invoice/packing slip with your return.

-If you choose to use a different carrier at your expense and responsibility, you must send the tracking number to along with your order number.

Returning a Gift 

Items purchased at and received as a gift may be returned within 14 days of delivery when adhering to all of the above guidelines for standard returns. A credit will be issued in the form of an online gift card that will be sent to you via email.


We do not offer exchanges. If eligible, you may return your order for a full refund and place a new order online at your convenience.
