Hailing from a prestigious culinary background, Jackson Boxer is a renowned British chef and restaurateur. Having trained amongst highly talented chefs, while citing his food-centric family as major influencers, Boxer shares his distinct point of view of intimate dining at Brunswick House Café, which he established in the Vauxhall area of South London. Rita’s Dining, a collaboration between Boxer and friends, opened for business following the success of his premiere restaurant.
